Our funds transfers service provider will be sunsetting their External Transfers and Pop Money® service as of June 30, 2023. The new solution will not be available before this date so there will be a lapse in service. While this is an inconvenience, our goal is to bring you a new product that is fully operational with as few hiccups as possible before launching it.
There are alternate options you can use in the interim for both external transfers and Pop Money:
External Transfers – Use your other financial institution’s money transfer solution. It should allow you to transfer funds to and from your Upward CU accounts. Additionally, you can use our app to make mobile check deposits from your other account.
Pop Money – For Person-to-person transfers you can use popular payment apps such as Venmo, Cash App, Google Pay, Apple Cash and Zelle, by linking your Upward CU debit card. If you are transferring to another Upward Credit Union member, you can make direct and instant transfers through our app.
