Make a Payment Using an Outside Account
With our ProPay Payments self-service option you can make a one-time or recurring loan payment using a Debit Card, Checking account or Savings account from another financial institution.
- ProPay is self-service and available 24/7.
- Be sure to have your loan account number.
- The maximum transaction amount is $3,000.00.
- Debit Cards must be issued by Visa or MasterCard.
- A service fee applies, and will be disclosed before you complete the payment.
- Payments received after 4:00 p.m. PST will be credited the following business day.
Make a Payment Using Your Upward Account
With our Online Banking Bill Pay service, you can easily pay all your bills online—whether it’s your mortgage, rent, utilities, or cable. Simply log in to Online Banking, select Bill Payment from the menu, and get started. You’ll need the payee’s name, address, and account number to set up their profile and send your payment.
When your bill arrives, log in to Online Banking, go to Bill Payment, select the bill you want to pay, and enter the amount. We’ll take care of the rest. The online payment register will track all your payments, and adding or removing payees is simple through the Payee Maintenance section.
