Report a Lost or Stolen Card

If your card is lost or stolen, contact your financial institution immediately. If you notice fraudulent activity on your Visa card, promptly contact your financial institution. Monitoring your transactions regularly will help you identify any unauthorized activity.

The phone number you are calling from must match the one on file with the Credit Union for these services to work.

Payment Errors & Inquiries

If you notice any unfamiliar transactions on your account, contact the Credit Union immediately. For pre-authorization holds or merchant refunds please allow 3-5 business day for processing.

If the charge is unauthorized due to fraud or if you're unable to resolve the issue with the merchant, the Credit Union can help you file a formal dispute. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days to resolve the issue or issue provisional credit.
If you a merchant arranged to give you a refund on your Credit or Debit card, give them approximately 5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
If you notice a pre-authorized charge from a merchant that was supposed to cancel the transaction, please wait approximately 3 business days for the pre-authorized amount to be released.
