Where can I find my Account and Routing number?

  1. Login to Online or Mobile banking.
  2. Click on the account you want.
  3. Click on Account Details.
  4. Your account number is listed as the ACH number.
  5. Fyi.. your Savings and Checking accounts all have different numbers.

Direct Deposit:

To begin direct deposit provide your account number and routing number to your payroll provider. It may take 1-2 pay periods for direct deposit to begin. Ask your payor for details.

How do I report a Lost/Stolen Credit or Debit Card?

Protect yourself in 3 easy steps.

  1. Call 888.241.2510 Immediately to have the card blocked!
  2. Next, review your account for suspicious activity.
  3. Finally, send us a text or email to request a new card and/or report suspicious activity.

Where does Upward have ATMs?

Visit one our ATMs:

Main Branch

The ATM is located at 1860 El Camino Real in Burlingame – right at the entrance to the building.

Health Center Branch

The ATM is located at 100 S. San Mateo Drive in San Mateo – just inside the main entrance on San Mateo Drive.

Medical Center Branch

The ATM is located at 1501 Trousdale Drive in Burlingame – Conveniently located in hospital near the Atrium on the 1st floor.

Important Information:

An important note regarding all ATM deposits: Deposits made before 3:00pm will be received by the Credit Union on the next business day. Deposits made after 3:00pm will be received by the Credit Union on the second business day.
