- Deferred payments on new loans-up to 60 days.
- Waiving Certificate of Deposits early withdrawal fees.
- Emergency Hardship Loan Click here to apply online.
- Loan amount is up to 2 times monthly gross, with a maximum of $7500
- Rate 6.50% regardless of credit tier

Whether your individual situation calls for delaying a payment, increasing your credit line, waiving a fee, or getting a loan, our team is here for you.
What You Can Do
The CDC and World Health Organization have issued the following advice to help prevent illness:
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water aren’t available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
- Avoid close contact with people who are sick
- Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces
- Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze, or cough or sneeze into your sleeve
- Stay home when you are sick
If symptoms persist for three days, you should consult a medical professional
We encourage you to download the Upward CU app as an alternative to visiting your branch. It only takes a few minutes to enroll online, and you’ll have 24/7 access to your accounts.
